You are not required to provide cleaning supplies for your service. ScourGenie uses premium, company-specific products that set us apart—designed to keep your home or workplace sparkle-fresh until your next appointment.If you have preferred products you'd like us to use—whether due to personal preference, allergies, or lifestyle—we’re happy to accommodate. Your wish. Our magic!

Can I schedule services?

At this time, all appointments must be scheduled through our contact form.Please be as detailed as possible about your cleaning needs—this helps us prepare accordingly and ensures a seamless, efficient experience from start to sparkle.

Are your products safe?

As a family-first operation, ScourGenie uses high-grade, tailored cleaning products designed to elevate air quality, leave a lasting clean, and maintain a fresh environment. Our formulas are always safe for children and pets—never harsh, always thoughtful.

How do i make payment?

Payment & Scheduling Policy
‍Upon acceptance of your service request, a secure payment link will be sent. 50% of the full payment must be made prior to your scheduled service. Once payment is received, your chosen date and time will be confirmed and considered final unless a reschedule request form is submitted.

Why Pay Prior?
‍Pre-payment ensures your spot is securely reserved on our schedule and allows us to plan staffing, travel, and proper resources with confidence. This system helps us stay efficient, reduce no-shows, and focus on delivering the high-quality service ScourGenie is known for; on time and without hassle.

‍Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. One (1) reschedule is allowed free of charge if submitted no less than 72 hours before your appointment. Reschedules or last minute cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 100% loss prevention fee = no refund. A second reschedule for the same appointment, or any same-day cancellation is also non-refundable.

Last-minute changes disrupt our flow, limit availability for others, and impact our team’s schedule.We understand that life happens. To avoid fees and ensure the best experience for everyone, please double-check your availability before confirming your appointment.

Refund & Satisfaction Policy
‍Refunds are not issued automatically. If you are dissatisfied with your service, correcting the issue. free of charge is the first line of duty. If we are unable to correct the issue to your satisfaction, a 50% discount will be applied to your next cleaning hassle-free, as part of our satisfaction guarantee.
